No shirt, no shoes, no problems! These two bedroom townhouses are located directly across the street from the Edgewater , and 7 miles of sandy beach. We recently started managing these town houses for the owners and are psyched to be able to share them with you. With two separate bedrooms on the second floor, and an open concept living/ kitchen on the first floor this is a perfect get away for a small to medium sized family. It allows you to cook your own meals, and be right across the street from the ocean.
A few things you should know. There are at least three beds in every townhouse a full, queen, and futon downstairs are the most common. They all have a stand up shower in the bathroom and a full kitchen. A starter set of pots and pans is provided, along with toaster, full refrigerator, and microwave. Although you are renting from the Edgewater, we are unable to extend pool privileges or housekeeping at this time. You start off however with clean beds, linens, and towels and you can come over to the office and exchange them anytime.
Location, location, location. So where are the townhouses located exactly? 58-60 West Grande Avenue, Old Orchard Beach ,ME. The far side of the street further from the water, and closer to the rail road, and mini golf. The local attractions such as the Pier, Palace Playland, and all the pizza you could possibly want are just a 5 minute walk away. Mini golf is located on the street behind the townhouses, and a bicycle rental shop is right down the road.
